One year after the initial cassette run on Chamber of Emesis, Dry Cough is beyond thrilled to unleash a vinyl version of what was quite possibly my favourite death metal release of 2021, 'Spawned from the Mortuary', by MORTUARY SPAWN.

When I clicked on the link on the day of release, and that riff kicked in one minute into 'Crepuscular Imperliment', I knew that I was going to love this band. I've been lucky enough to catch them live a couple of times since, and their live shows only strengthened by belief that they're one of the best bands to emerge from the burgeoning NWOBDM scene.

'Spawned From The Mortuary' consists of five sub-four minute blasts of face ripping, riff-filled, atmospheric old school death metal, that effortlessly manages to be both demonically vicious, and catchy as hell. Definitely one you'll be spinning again and again whilst you eagerly anticipate a full length!

Once again, this will be a co-release with SEWER ROT RECORDS in the US, so if you're based in North America, head there for cheaper shipping.
